King Henry II, who in 1169, first used the term “We”, where he wanted to for both himself and God…

I like when I read someone’s email when they mention “we” and “us”.It shows an outward focus of a person and its behaviors. When it's taking the blame or rejoicing the victory, it's always “We”.

No big stone is turned by one person, it's always the team effort so why just mentioning “I” or “me”. The team also feels the importance when you call out “We” and at the same time is ready to hold you if you have failed.

When switching from “I” to “we”, it may not make you a king or win, it might help shift your perspective from self-focused to others-focused. It helps to make you aware of other needs and then you work to make other needs come true and then you can become a LEADER.
